Wow! If you need a quick getaway to relax or enjoy the great outdoors, this is the place. We were welcomed by the hosts, given a casual and friendly tour, then allowed to settle in to our “Wild Horse Suite”. Your evening choices were gathering in the Living Room, relaxing on your own private patio, socializing on the front deck, and watching the stars or going to the local establishments for music and/or live entertainment.
Our accommodations were spacious and wonderful; waking up to a breakfast selection that was enormous. I felt like a queen. The hosts believe in supporting local purveyors; check out their bakery, it’s delicious.
The daily activities were endless, from trail hikes, golfing, skiing, fishing. biking to shopping in local eclectic, antique or modern boutiques. The lakes are numerous and gorgeous. I can’t wait to go back.

Driving up the gravel driveway, you’re immediately transported to a different time and place. Already forgotten are the guy who cut you off in town 15 minutes earlier, the call from work you received 20 minutes into the first day of your vacation and the accidents your dogs had in the back of your car on the drive up. You’ve come to relax, and The Kull welcomes you with wide open doors. (It should be noted that though this is meant figuratively, because of the beautiful weather, it’s often literal.) Coming to The Kull is like staying at your favorite uncle’s cabin, if that cabin had beautiful ambiance and amenities, great food, and hosts willing to bend over backwards to make sure you’re taken care of. If your family is anything like my family, no uncle was doing that for you, regardless of his “favorite” status.

"An unmatched experience! I’ve been to multiple B&Bs over the years, and when I say that this place is in its own tier I am not kidding. From the get-go, driving down that dirt road onto their property, it just had a whole different vibe.
Janet and Greg along with their two pups met us at the door with open arms, smiles on their faces and the smell of freshly cooked French toast wafting through the house. When we got to the Big Horn Suite, I was in a way shocked by the attention to detail. The effort these two put in to make sure our room was not only cleaned to perfection, but even the little added details like chocolates next to the bed and the custom shampoo and soap in the bathroom just blew me away. We came up here to ski, and along with the fact that there were about three ski shops within 10 minutes of The Kull, the mountain itself was only like a 20ish minute drive.
Finishing our day on the mountain and being able to come back, kick off our boots, have a drink and relax around the living room fire just made this place feel like home. I could go on and on about The Kull, but overall, this place is a hands down top getaway spot for me here from this point forward."

“This past week I experienced a very enjoyable time at The Kull B&B in Pinetop/Lakeside AZ. Upon arrival we were greeted by the proprietors Janet and Greg Kull and escorted to our room. The suite itself was furnished immaculately and was unbelievably large. In addition, I learned that each room will have their own deck to go out and relax on and appreciate the wonderful setting.
In the morning we woke up to a fantastically prepared and presented breakfast. We inquired what type of outdoor activities are in the area and learned that skiing, sledding, hiking, biking, and fishing to name a few are locally available. If you’re looking for a great getaway in Eastern Arizona and a mountain experience, give The Kull B&B a try.”

"Just want to drop a note to tell you what a wonderful weekend we had at The Kull Bed and Breakfast. What a thrill to be some of your first guests! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Your entire place has been beautifully designed and so tastefully decorated. Our suite was lovely in every detail. We didn't want to leave!!

Then breakfast each morning was just tops. Your quiche the first day, then the incredible French Toast our last morning sent us home with lovely memories and happy tummies. We can't wait to book another getaway. "

"The Kull Bed and Breakfast was truly a great vacation destination that exceeded all expectations. From the cozy amenities to the cabin like atmosphere it was a proper way to spend a weekend in Pinetop, Arizona. The rooms are so unique (we stayed in the Wild Horse room) and you can tell that great attention to detail was given throughout the whole property. Greg and Janet were great hosts who endeavored to ensure guest satisfaction and enjoyment. The next time I venture up to this part of Northern Arizona I hope to stay at the Kull Bed and Breakfast.'"

I came here with a large group for a golf trip, we drove in two vehicles and while entering the last turn on google maps led me on a dirt road through the forest. Something about gravel dirt roads beneath a vehicle just gives me this comforting feeling. Really a breathtaking moment, gives you the feeling like you are disconnected from the world. The parking alone was very spacious, which was perfect because we had a group of 10 on this trip. Opening the door I was greeted by Janet and Greg Kull with two wagging tails quickly circling us! Nothing but smiles. The house was cute and glowed of a red orange hue and it echoed through the windows. Warm and comforting, I was greeted also with the smell of tea, fire and cinnamon upon entering. I instantly felt at home. The whole house has been freshly remodeled and it clearly shows. The quality of work and attention to detail is outstanding. I didn't want to leave. Janet and Greg were very sweet, flexible and easy going. The bathrooms were my favorite part. With more technology than my car I was able to connect my phone to bluetooth and enjoy my daily routines. The room we stayed in had a king sized bed with a huge down comforter. Even had a flat screen tv but we were too busy enjoying delicious cherry almond pie and gathering. Had a memorable trip and enjoyed every second. I can't wait to come back here again!

"The treatment and hospitality I received while staying at The Kull was nothing but exemplary. Every little detail in the way the rooms were prepared made me feel right at home and gave me the relaxation I needed on my vacation. As soon as I returned, I told all my friends and family that if they needed a place to escape to, this was it! Truly a gem!"

I brought 10, yes TEN, people to the Kull B&B for a golf get away to escape the heat from the valley. Upon arrival we are greeted by the lovely Janet and Greg Kull who hosted our absurdly large group. Not only were the accommodations comfortable, but beautiful as well. Newly renovated rooms leave a very modern but still up in the mountains cabin feel. Beds were not just clean but brand new as well as the very fun bathroom features. Bluetooth music, lights, fans, all sorts of gadgets. Janet is the most wholesome person you will meet, from the second we arrived from the second we left I was treated as family.
DELICIOUS breakfast served at our choosing included two different styles of quiche, French toast hand made, bacon, and yogurt parfait, YUM! The weather was beautiful at 66 degrees and not a cloud in the sky, making for ultimate golfing weather. Greg is an absolute host, flexible to guests and always helpful. Together they had everything we could have asked for and more for our large group. We will absolutely be back and look forward to another stay at The Kull B&B.

Hey Janet and Greg! You both were so welcoming and open to my friends and I. I personally loved the WHOLE experience. The quaint cozy rooms and personal bathrooms. The coffee and morning breakfast had me tooken, the whole nine yards, French toast to Quiche with Bacon and perfect parfaits on the side. The coffee was perfect for me, nice dark roast and plenty to go around! I slept most of the time which is a super drag because the workout room was amazing, I aspire my home gym to be the same. Plenty of workout equipment, treadmill, stationary bike, and many free weights. The complimentary chocolates, cute little water bottles and healthy snacks. During mid renovation this place is immaculate, I CANNOT wait to come back in the future for my next excellent experience. -Thanks again for being so welcoming and treating my friends and I like family.

All the rooms are beautiful! Super cozy space. Great food and great company. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Pine Top AZ.
