Booking Policy:
Please be aware that we are a small business, and all cancellations impact us significantly. Therefore, when we reserve a suite for you, we turn away all other inquiries for those nights as we have agreed to hold them just for you. We hope you understand our need to implement a cancelation policy, and we ask that you be confident about your selected dates when making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
We do understand that life happens and that sometimes there may be a need to cancel a reservation. When this need arises, below is our cancelation policy. Please be aware; there will be no refunds issued if cancelation is within 24 hours of your reservation. Cancelations made more than ten (10) days out will be granted a full refund. However, in the event of a cancelation within ten (10) days of your arrival, we will make every effort to re-book your suite and refund you a prorated amount for every night we successfully re-book.

Rates & Restrictions:
Room prices are for up to two guests. In rooms that allow for additional guests, the additional guest fee is $10 per night per guest. Two-night minimum stay required on Friday or Saturday night stays. Full breakfast in the dining area, water, and snacks are all included in the room rate.

Arrival & Departure:
Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm. Please make arrangements if your plans require a different time. Check-out is by 11 am.

Children are welcome. We simply ask that children under the age of 12 be under an adult’s supervision at all times.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Daily Room Upkeep: If you stay with us for more than three consecutive days, maid service is available on request.

Things to be aware of before you book with us:

Owner’s dogs only on the property.

Although we love animals, we do not allow other animals to stay here at the Inn. Nora and Turk live here and take their jobs as Inn Greeter and Guest Announcer very seriously. They would be heartbroken to have to share their responsibilities with other furry friends.

Military & First Responder Discounts

We gratefully offer military and first responder discounts on stays of 2 or more days. Please Contact Us to get more information!

Guests Are Responsible

Guests are responsible for cleaning or replacement cost of any damaged buildings, fixtures, or furnishings.

A few things to keep in mind during your stay with us:

  • Check-In: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Check-Out: by 11:00am
  • Full Breakfast Included 8:30-9:30am
  • 2-Night Minimum
  • No pets
  • Children are welcome!

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are good for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless a specific date is requested) and are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates purchased as “number of nights” instead of a dollar amount that cannot be redeemed on holiday weekends.

The Inn Keepers

Serendipitous love, a chance encounter with that certain someone, is all that it takes to turn your life upside down, and so our story began.

In 2013 we met by chance, and in 2015 we fell in love by fate. After working alongside each other for over five years,
in May of 2020, we married, and in September, we moved to the mountain and began the adventure of creating The
Kull White Mountain B&B.

We are accompanied on the journey by our faithful furry hounds Nora and Turk, who are currently employed at the B&B as the Guest Announcer and Inn Greeter.
It is at The Kull B&B that we live, love, and work, creating memories we are proud of and sharing the magic whispers from the trees that surround us.
