Policies

Rates & Restrictions: Room prices are for up to two guests. In rooms that allow for additional guests, the additional guest fee is $10 per night per guest. Two-night minimum stay required on Friday or Saturday night stays. Full breakfast in the dining area, water, and snacks are all included in the room rate.

Arrival & Departure: Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm. Please make arrangements if your plans require a different time. Check-out is by 11 am.

Children: Children are welcome. We simply ask that children under the age of 12 be under an adult’s supervision at all times.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Daily Room Upkeep: If you stay with us for more than three consecutive days, maid service is available on request.

Deposits

A few things to keep in mind during your stay with us:

  • Check-In: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
  • Check-Out: by 11:00am
  • Full Breakfast Included
  • 2-Night Minimum
  • No pets
  • Children are welcome!

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are good for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless a specific date is requested) and are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates purchased as “number of nights” instead of a dollar amount that cannot be redeemed on holiday weekends.

COVID-19

While current state restrictions are in place, our standard deposit policy will be amended: (1) Deposits are fully refundable for cancellation up to three (3) days before arrival day (2) Any cancellations made within three days (1-3) of your arrival day, guests will be responsible for the total amount of reservation

NORMAL (NON-COVID) POLICY

You agree to a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation, which is applied toward your final bill.

Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you may do so within seven (7) days before arrival.

If less than seven (7) days notice is given, you will be responsible for your reservation’s total cost. Your remaining balance will be charged immediately to the credit card on file. Your credit card will only be refunded if your room or rooms are rebooked by another party, minus the $50
non-refundable deposit.

Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Guests Are Responsible

Guests are responsible for cleaning or replacement cost of any damaged buildings, fixtures, or furnishings.
